After living in our home on Mission Beach for many years, my wife and I decided to move and turn our home into a vacation rental.
We went to task looking for a property management company to handle all the day-to-day tasks associated with having a vacation rental. What I met up with was unreturned phone calls, unanswered emails, exorbitant fees for myself and my guests and lack-luster bookings. I couldn't find what I was looking for.
I saw a need and I created San Diego Sunset Vacation Rentals and am now offering other vacation rental property owners the answer to their needs, from someone that knows first-hand what those needs are.
