Description
The physical Education department in our Polytechnic is keen in the development and care for physical health, ranging from simple calisthenic exercises to training in hygiene, gymnastics and the performance and management of atheletic games.
The NSS unit in our Polytechnic was started in the year 1998. There are many villages around our Polytechnic. Our NSS unit has 100 volunteers. We have done many social activities to the villages around us. The general activities are as follows:
Our college NCC company NIT,9(TN) IND company NCC,Tirunelveli is an Army way of NCC,with a strength of 100 cadets.It is commanded by LT. SP.MuthuGanesan ANO of an Polytechnic college.
