The General Directorate for Development Cooperation (D.G.C.S.) of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs started a supporting programme for the Egypt Environmental Affairs Agency – Technical Co-operation Office for the Environment in the scope of the environmental programme of application of the NEAP which, for the part concerning the safeguarding of the cultural heritage, has the SCA (Supreme Council for Antiquities) as its operative counterpart.
