Sausages are one of the most versatile foods, with rich regional differences around the country. It became apparent to us in 2000 that finding good quality sausages was not always easy. It was too hit and miss. We started Sausagefans.com as a small mailing list with just under 100 members, existing to discuss recipes and recommend quality sausage shops. As the numbers swelled we set up this website in order to share recipes, cooking tips and details of the best sausage shops with a wider audience.
