My family and I live in a small town in central New Jersey where there are many horse and dairy farms. I have been painting since 1993, and I consider myself a self taught decorative painter. Over the years I have purchased books, published by my favorite artists, and learned all of their techniques. In 2000, I took a year off from my tole painting and studied with a local artist. Locally, I supply several small boutiques with my crafts and gifts. I have been lucky enough to be featured in several local news articles. I get a lot of personal satisfaction from painting, and I can't tell you how good I feel when someone admires my work. My basic philosophy of painting is, "If it doesn't move....paint it!!".
