A committed organisation with a modern and innovative way of working that delivers tailor-made quality products in a terrific setting. That's where I work together with about 300 other people. People with their own personality, their own character and their own talents, but united in working according to the same values and standards - respect for people and their setting, giving and taking responsibility, a highly developed sense of justice, loyalty, reliability and a great commitment to society. These standards and values have always been a hallmark of SBI and the Christian social movement from which it originates. Our goal is to contribute to the development of people, organisations and society.
SBI is one of the larger training and consultancy organisations in the Netherlands. We are the market leader for co-determination projects and are active across the spectrum of organisational development, management training and communication training. Our own hotel conference centres provide customised services to our clients. We employ approximately 300 people at four offices in the Netherlands and at our office in Poland. Our activities are undertaken at numerous places within and outside Europe, everywhere from Eastern Europe to China and South Africa.
We are a socially responsible organisation working in an inspirational setting on the development of people, organisations and society. We strive to achieve a balance between everybody's interests. Our goal is to strengthen the loyalty that exists between employees, management and society. We do this by applying the values that have always been the hallmark of SBI and of the Christian social movement from which it originates. We pursue our goals through committed employees skilled in their areas of specialisation who endeavour to exceed the customer’s expectations. Our mission extends beyond the borders of the Netherlands. We also carry out our mission in other countries by providing training courses, consultancy and coaching. Our employees are capable of organising entire projects in English, German and Spanish.
