The National Science Foundation (NSF), the sponsor of this Website, is an independent U.S. Government agency responsible for promoting science and engineering. It invests over $3.3 billion per year in almost 20,000 research and education projects and sponsors national conferences to promote the SBIR/STTR program.
The NSF has contracted DelaBarre & Associates, Inc., a Washington-based management and administrative consulting firm, to manage the conferences. DelaBarre & Associates has subcontracted Danya International, Inc., a Maryland-based Government consulting firm specializing in innovative behavior-change, marketing and technology solutions, to develop and maintain this SBIR National Conference Website and provide marketing support to promote the conference.
