Description
Scholten Japanese Art proudly opened its doors September 2000 with an inaugural exhibition hallmarking the largest gallery in New York to specialize in Japanese art. Occupying a renovated townhouse, our first gallery was located on 66th Street between Park and Madison Avenues on New York's Upper East Side. In May of 2003, Scholten relocated to a private gallery located on 58th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues. In our new location, we can spend more time interacting with our collectors in a more personal environment.
