- Scifi-Net was created by Sparky-Steve & Tank in March 2003 in an attempt to combat the problematic networks that we had previously inhabited. These included #voyager-episodes , #ds9-episodes and #tng-episodes on DALnet, and #scifi-fans on Atomic-Chat, IRC-Chat and IRC-Highway. None of which were either reliable or suitable for our small community.
