Christopher Herrod
Having been educated in England, Switzerland and the United States Chris graduated with honors and has traveled extensively and is used to working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Starting his career as a private client fund manager for Lazard Freres, Chris moved on to land development in the early 1990's. Since then he has developed in the United Kingdom, Florida and The Bahamas. In The Bahamas he has constructed and personally sold over 60 five star homes in gated communities, created an entire Village that includes three restaurants, designer retail outlets, quality corporate offices, park land and recreational areas in a fully integrated and designed 30 acre landscaped plaza. Chris is also a part owner of Nassau's top restaurant, the Villaggio, which specializes in Italian fine dining in an exquisite setting.
