Description
Space Energy Access Systems, Inc. (SEAS) was founded by Steven M. Greer, M.D., in the Fall of 2001. We are in the process of evaluating bonafide over unity energy and propulsion systems and have secured the network, braintrust and various assets needed to move such a system out to the public on a large scale. Our initial phase of action is to identify and test at 3 independent labs such a device and prove its over unity function.
We require that 1.) a device be in existence or can be easily re-assembled at a reasonable cost, 2.) the device can be transparently testable, that is can be tested by independent, trustworthy scientists without hidden components or 'black box' aspects 3.) the technology is in a position to be licensed for further release on a large scale basis via a professional licensing agreement with SEAS. If SEAS does not meet specific performance criteria (to be negotiated) to get the technology out to the public on a massive level in a specified time frame, the technology reverts to the inventor/owner.
We believe we have the team to protect, develop, disclose and release this technology on a very large scale basis. The governmental, institutional, political, security, financial, networking, media and other needed elements outlined in the Strategic Overview are in place if a bona fide device is identified and tests establish the claims of the inventor/owner.
