- Pat Sheridan was born in Athens and owns the family farm where he raised his family. After high school graduation from Rome-Canaan, Pat attended Ohio State University. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy Seabees serving both in Vietnam and the Antarctica. He then returned to OSU to complete his bachelors and masters degrees in education, and taught in Marion Country for a couple years.
