Providing services and opportunities to help you overcome obstacles that keep you from "realizing your potential," Shimotsu-Kai is dedicated to the individual that is dissatisfied with the status quo, that is feeling ungrounded (mentally, physically or spiritually) or is trying to manage pain, illness or disease. Shimotsu-Kai realizes that when we have mind, body and physical issues, we cannot achieve our full potential. We cannot see or believe that there could be light at the end of tunnel. When we have a headache, we focus on the headache; when we have back pain, our focus is on the back pain; if we have a feeling of ungroundedness in life, we are forever floating in an existence of disbelief often wondering if there is more to life; if we have a lack of money, we focus on the lack of money.
At Shimotsu-Kai, we believe that there is more then just existing in life; to wake up because we want to, not because we have to; that life is about being and not about doing.
