Description
If you are unhappy with the product(s) you ordered, please notify us within 30 days of your order date by calling 207-284-1344 or emailing Orders@ShopMaine.com. We will then give you instructions on how to return the product. All returned products must be in saleable condition for refund to be issued. All refunds are pending until final inspection of product is complete. If your return is denied upon receipt, we will ship the product back to you at your cost.
If the customer is returning a product because he/she has changed their mind, they will be responsible for all shipping charges. A credit will only be issued for the item and not for the total of the sale.
If the customer needs to exchange an item, they will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to them.
