The over 50s should feel 'at home' here since our aim is to help this expanding group get the very best from the internet. The menu on the at the top of every page makes it easy to reach any area of interest in only 4 mouse clicks or less and usually within 2 clicks. There is also an 'Alphabetic Index' to SilverSurfers, if preferred. No typing is required unless you wish to use the site's 'Find' facility or one of the 'Search Engines' recommended in the 'Find It & Searching' Zone.
This site provides links to the best resources and websites, including foreign sites, for UK users. We are constantly monitoring the net to search for and find the most appropriate sites for our visitors. We try to take account of virtually every conceivable requirement, from action holidays to a stroll in the Lake District, from children's (and grandchildren's!) learning at home and school to courses for oldies, from 'safe' havens for money to trading live on the world's Stock Markets.
