The United Way has been working in collaboration with the Simpson-Ogden neighbourhood since July 2005. Originally (until March 2007) ANC was funded through the Federal Government. Currently, the United Way of Thunder Bay convenes the ANC project with funding coming from the United Way of Thunder Bay, the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the Communities in Action Fund and City of Thunder Bay.
