Description
From the age of 14, I worked in the logging industry in a rural Washington town. Growing up in the Cascade Mountains (Mount Rainier and Mt St Helens) logging for development, I was weaned on "vision goggles." In other words, I can look at a piece of land and determine home placement, trees that can be saved (my specialty!) and estimate well and septic locations - all in the blink of an eye so to speak.
After graduating from Evergreen State College with a degree in business management, I spent a few years with Central Evergreen Savings and Loan and Security Pacific National Bank as a department and branch manager. When it comes to dealing with lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, I can provide valuable assistance..
My wife Teresa & I, have the "most incredible son who is one heck of a writer and an extraordinary paintball player." and an equally extraordinary daughter, who is an aspiring saxophone player and has blossomed into a straight A student.
