Background
Adrian Karl Zacher MBA is the author of Snorer.com. He has lectured at Hospital Postgraduate and GP/GDP Study days and participated in the round table discussion at the ‘Hands on Oral appliances’ meeting prior to the 15th Associated Professional Sleep Societies Meeting in Chicago 2001.
Adrian spent eight years in the Royal Air Force as a Dental Technician and this is where he first became interested in Sleep disordered breathing. Upon leaving the RAF Adrian lectured at Lambeth College in London teaching Dental Technology for several years. He started manufacturing oral appliances for snoring and apnoea in 1996 mainly for research projects in Oxford and Southampton. Adrian is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses.
Adrian was Air Commodore Negus’ Dental Technician at a now closed Hospital. Air Commodore Timothy W. Negus (now retired) Defence Consultant Advisor in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery OBE BDS FDSRCS RAF has been researching a simple yet effective appliance to help those with loud snoring or Obstructive Sleep Apnoea since 1992.
