I have a little bitty problem with anger management. Not that I usually allow my anger to get out of control at other people…the problem is more that I feel anger too quickly and for too long. I want to just not get angry at so many things.

Last night, I went to bed utterly exhausted. It’s been about two and a half weeks of almost nonstop migraines now, and even one has always taken a lot out of me. I’m pretty messed up as it is.

Just as I started to fall asleep, my mind flitted over to a subject that I hadn’t allowed myself to touch on mentally all day long. Someone hurt my feelings recently (so I’m overly sensitive! shut up!) and every time I think about it, I just get angry…at myself for allowing the whole thing to affect me, at the person for being an asshole…and that anger just grows and burns and I know I’m going to have an aneurysm before I’m thirty.
