Description
Southside Partnership was formed in 1991 following a merger of Lambeth Consortium and Camberwell Housing Partnership. We specialise in providing high quality tailor-made services for people with mental health needs and people with learning disabilities. Through the Southside Prison Project, we also work with offenders/ex-offenders with mental health needs before and after release from prison with the Southside Prison Project. This work includes linking our service users into crucial services such as housing, drug and alcohol rehabilitation and primary health care.
We provide residential and outreach services with the emphasis on enabling our service users to live as independently as possible. We also have a division, Southside Partnership Fanon Care who provide culturally specific support to African and Caribbean people with the mental health needs. This includes residential and community support services.
