The Southern Area Agency on Aging (SAAA) is one of the 25 Area Agencies on Aging in Virginia. The Agency serves Danville, Martinsville and the Counties of Franklin, Henry, Patrick and Pittsylvania. Southern Area Agency on Aging is a private, not for profit organization which receives federal, state and local funding, as well as fees and contributions from the individuals who receive services. SAAA's mission is to provide services that promote independence and quality of life for older adults.
