Who we are: The Spa Resorts are family operated resorts for health minded individuals who want to learn about cleansing fasts, vegetarian food, Yoga and Meditation, exercise and just feeling better, looking better and living longer. We operate three resorts located on the most beautiful islands in the Gulf of Siam, Thailand. Two in the Lamai area of the island of Koh Samui and one on Koh Chang island.
Based on our Five Habits to Longevity, The Spa Resorts are places to learn the basics for the road to better health. Places of joy, happiness and fulfillment. We are now world renown for our cleansing fasts, vegetarian food, Yoga, meditation and massage classes, good service and a friendly family atmosphere.
