My name is Molly, I live happily in the San Francisco Bay Area, actually just south of the City about 15 miles. I grew up in the East Bay, Oakland, which is a place that I still love.
I started writing about food because I love to write and had forgotten to for about 10 years. I also like cooking and eating quite a bit, so it seemed a logical topic.
I get excited about seasonal vegetables like broccoli and beets and tomatoes and lettuce. I dream of the most perfect, crunchy, chewy baguettes I had in Europe. I love almost all cheese unless it smells a lot like feet (a little feet smell is ok). I eat most meat, and am on the constant lookout for the best shwarma, the best meatball sandwich and the best hamburglar in the world. Let me know if you have one to report.
