I've been receiving email asking questions about the site such as how, why, who started it ect. So I figured I would add this page to answer a few of the questions I put this site together after my injury in 1995. It was very difficult to find inform
ation on spinal cord injury at that time that wasn't scattered across the Internet in bits and pieces. So I decided to put together a resource where anybody who was interested could find as much information in as possible in one spot, and connect with others in the same situation.. This site and related message boards, are maintained and updated by only one person (me), so sometimes things such as updates and new sections are not done as quickly as I would like, but I do my best.
As most of you know, I've been reluctant to do this for many years and paid all of the expenses out of my own pocket.
