Description
Splash Beverages, Inc. (SBI) was formed in late 2002, upon the purchase of the Aqua Splash, Gold Medal, and the Aqua Splash pure spring water trademarks. Prior to SBI’s trademark acquisition, these brands had been sold and merchandised in the Midwest for more than 10 years.
The Aqua Splash flavor brand was developed and sold primarily through a direct-store-delivered system. The primary geographic distribution is the State of Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and parts of Minnesota. Several new markets are currently under development.
During 2003, SBI continued solidifying its distribution network, developing new flavors, gaining new distribution and improving the package design. Presently, SBI is in the process of establishing both direct store door (DSD) and where appropriate, warehouse delivery systems throughout the U.S. SBI has made a strategic decision to aggressively pursue distribution and multiple state coverage for the brands, across the country.
