Pro's & Con's

Good:

Their severs are very fast, also prices are very reasonable. Many ways of paying for the service including PayPal.

Bad:

Unfortunately it has been brought to a lot of peoples attention that they are slowly failing to provide a high quality service to a lot of customers. i.e main website may be unreachable for several hours and also sites hosted on their servers are inaccessible for hours on end!
Customer service is basically non existent and multiple tries of trying to reach them by phone are far beyond,emails have also been ignored.

Toll-free phone number is not available 24x7. However, they do have 24x7 live chat support available on their website.
