“Spread the Warmth”is a 100% volunteer project that collects new and handmade hats, scarves, gloves, and mittens to be given to the homeless and displaced around the country who are in need. “Spread the Warmth”accepts and distributes only NEW items, purchased or handmade. We encourage individuals, families, and groups to participate by knitting, crocheting, looming, or buying items and donating them. We accept donations in all sizes, and in any amount, all year round.
