About Us
Louis and Kay Jennings, started their first business in 1957 by going through the Springfield Yellow Pages to see what services were not available in the community. As it turned out, Springfield did not need a car dealership. The community needed someone who could fix lawnmowers and bicycles. Mr. & Mrs. Jennings went in to the lawnmower and bicycle repair business and immediately developed a reputation of taking care of customers.
It was this dedication to customer service that prompted Toyota Motor Sales, USA to award one of the first Toyota franchises in the DC metropolitan area to the Jennings Motor Company in 1969.
