The Spry Fly New Zealand Team
In 1976, Spry Fly began operations in Australia, with Mike Spry's School of Fly Fishing and a guide service being the main focus of business. With a full outfitting service already based in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales, incorporating instruction, guiding, tackle and even accommodation for fishermen in Australia, Spry Fly expanded into new territory in New Zealand in 1993, in order to continue to meet customer demand for highest quality guiding and fishing.
Introducing Will Spry
Will Spry has been guiding and instructing in Australia and New Zealand for the past 14 years, with the last 10 seasons spent full time in the Mackenzie Country of New Zealand.
All of this is backed up with a general love of the outdoors, extending through rock climbing and abseiling, skiing, snowboarding, orienteering, canoeing, hiking and backpacking.
