Description
Stamco was founded in 1957 as a supplier of other merchants’ mouldings. A steady growth in business and turnover led to the introduction of manufacturing on our own premises which enabled us to develop new lines as demand dictated and substantially improve on delivery times – an important part of our policy today.
Continued success and growth led to Stamco acquiring further manufacturing space and installing a fully automated Weinig moulding line. A new plant for a Tanalith unit was established at the same time to cater for that rapidly increasing market.
The range of materials stocked has grown to include panel products, carcassing and many add-value lines sold through the Sales Counter. We are a fully fledged timber and builders merchant and everything that a timber merchant would be expected to sell is now available from stock with over 1500 lines.
