Stargate to put togethor in one word: terrible. Yes, I mean terrible. I emailed their support dozens of times, months later I still never got a reply. I called their help line, I hung up an hour and a half later because no one ever answered.
Once I did get through, I as put on hold. An hour later another operater old me the person went to lunch. Called back, got answered after waiting for a half an hour was told the person I was talking to didn't work with them.
The interface is very confusing. It took me nearly four hours to figure out how to register a domain with them. I am shocked I had the patience to do so, but am a teenager all I have is time. I can imagine they loose a lot of buisness because people don't know what to do.
