- Steadfast began as a worship team in 1995. Formed by the lead guitarist, Roy Ray, rhythym guitarist Ken McFalls, and drummer Leigh Ray, they began playing and singing praises to Christ at a small country church in North Carolina. Steadfast took a small break when Leigh was called to Liberty University for Biblical Studies. He came back with his wife, Jennifer, who is now the bass player in the band. All of our music is scriptually based and will always honor Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We feel God has called us into service for Him through music and by preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
