Steel Maelstrom (abbreviated SMS) is a team made up of gamers scattered across North America and Europe. SMS is organized into military-like units such as Squads, Platoons and Companies and have assigned leaders known as Squad Leaders, Platoon Leaders, and Company Commanders.
We strive to be the most professional and sportsmanlike gaming group on the Internet, and welcome motivated players of all skill levels who wish to have fun and play as a team. We intend to set ourselves apart from the so-called "teams" out there whose unsportsmanlike conduct and immaturity have given such terms as "clan" and "tribe" a bad name.
