Stewart Fletcher is an internationally recognized full-time Multi-disciplinary Artist, Art Educator, Mentor and Art Activist. He received a Diplome d'Education Collégiale in Fine Arts at John Abbott College in 1983 and a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Concordia University in 1986. He has served on several faculties including the Faculty of Drawing and Painting at the Saidye Bronfman Centre for the Arts in Montreal.
His masterful works, outstanding technical abilities and strength as an entrepreneur have easily enabled him to successfully market and sell his work internationally independent from the constraints of commercial galleries for over 25 years. His professional, honest and straight forward approach to artmaking has brought him hundreds of sales in Asia, the Americas, Australia and Europe.
Stewart remains actively involved in the art community, producing artwork and promoting his work in Canada and abroad and continues to produce a staggering volume of work in his Montreal studio.
