~ History: edit

~ Continually since 1980, the Long Beach Chapter program has offered support and educational services through weekly support groups when professionals in the Long Beach community saw the unmet needs for post-acute services for stroke survivors and their family members in returning to the community and to meaningful lives at no cost (fulfilling those in need from North of Long Beach to Saddleback Valley). A Not for Profit organization [501(c)3]

The Chapter, a non-profit organization, has provided these services on a very modest budget that depends upon donations, grants and thanks to the support from Outstanding Volunteers to continue its unique and needed services to people living with stroke. Your financial support is welcome.
