I’m Just Ducky!

Politically, I’m a fiscal socialist and a social anarchist. I believe that the biggest social ill in America (after the disparity gap between the rich and the poor) is that people don’t know how to mind their own damn business. As long as no one is being hurt and everything is consensual, I see no reason why adults shouldn’t be free to do whatever it is that brings them true happiness. I also believe that any nation that spends more money building weapons than it does caring for the poorest and most vulnerable of its citizenry doesn’t deserve to be defended.
In my spare time, I write, compose music, drink excessive amounts of coffee, read books, and collect films. I am also a DJ for Radio Free Nashville, but my show is temporarily on hiatus.
Spiritually, I am an agnostic because I am not arrogant enough to insist upon or deny the existence of a divine creator. I love spirituality, though, and I love spiritual people - so long as their spirituality fills them with genuine compassion for those around them. That includes women, children, the poor, gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgendered folks, political and ethnic minorities, and every other color in the human spectrum. If your God is big enough to care for them, then I’m willing to listen to what you have to say.
