Ruth started her IT career as part of a large University helpdesk, mainly focusing on network support and fault finding alongside hardware and software support. During 2003, Essex Virus Removals was launched to provide a service to the rising number of students and staff experiencing difficulties due to virus infections. The business went from strength to strength during this period, with numerous satisfied customers.
