Sunrise Wesleyan Church is a new church in Charlottetown. Our Grand Opening was on October 20, 2002. We are a casual yet energetic church, seeking to speak to the needs of people and investing in their lives. We are a church where people build friendships and encounter God together. Join us anytime... we're saving you a seat!
Children are important to us. We want to be a church that supports families and teaches family values. We hope to develop a strong children's ministry on Sunday mornings, and we will host occasional special events for children (such as Kids' Days and Summer Day-Camps). We want to let children know they are important to us and they are important to God.
Music is also be a big part of our identity. We incorporate original songs, many of the newer praise and worship songs, and traditional hymns with a modern flavour. We hope to develop a live band including a variety of instruments, such as drums, guitar, piano and trumpet.
