A form of therapy, massage can be applied to parts of the body or successively to the whole body, to heal injury, relieve psychological stress, manage pain, improve circulation and relieve tension. Where massage is used for its physical and psychological benefits, it may be termed "therapeutic massage therapy" or “manipulative therapy” A Customized Experience designed to address the health care needs of every client in a clean, professional and relaxing environment.

Duration of each treatment:
We offer 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute appointments. You can choose the duration if the massage is for relaxation. If the massage therapy is part of your treatment plan for a specific condition, we can recommend the optimal duration for your massage session that will offer the best results.
