Description
The Sydney Torana Club was formed in 1990 with the aim of bringing together people who share a common interest, the TORANA. No matter what the interest, or the type and model of Torana owned; whether it be stock or modified, show-class, daily driven or just a hack, everyone is welcome.
Club meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at the Glenhaven Community Centre, 76 Glenhaven Rd, Glenhaven, commencing at 7:30pm. The club attends many functions such as Show’n’Shines, scenic cruises, BBQ outings, social nights, drag racing, and weekend tours requiring overnight accommodation. Club runs are generally held on the 3rd Sunday of the month, excepting car shows and instances when this clashes with other events or occasions.
The Sydney Torana Club has sponsorship from a number of organisations including American Autos, Custom Air Conditioning, Phoenix Publishing, Sherriffs Mini Cars, Nepean Spare Parts, Wholesale Suspension and Penrith Muffler Man, who offer discounted services to club members.
