Website of Grupa Synapsis (the Synapsis Group), a team of Polish psychotherapists and psychiatrists running a private mental health centre in Warsaw. The site consists of three parts:
1. http://www.synapsis.pl/, the site presenting the psychotherapeutic and psychiatric offer of the Synapsis Group in the Polish language.
2. http://en.synapsis.pl/, the site presenting the psychotherapeutic and psychiatric offer of the Synapsis Group in English.
3. http://online.synapsis.pl/, the Polish-language educational website Grupa Synapsis Online intended for all Polish-speaking Internet users interested in psychiatry and psychology.
The site of Grupa Synapsis was established in 2001. In 2005 it was accredited by the Health on the Net Foundation (HON) (http://www.hon.ch/) in Switzerland as the first Polish website connected with psychiatry and psychology. In 2006 the site was thoroughly modernized and redesigned. In 2007 Grupa Synapsis Online was nominated to represent Poland in the World Summit Award (http://www.wsis-award.org/) in the category e-Health.
