The diversity of Thunderbird's student body is one of the School's greatest assets. Students may begin their master's degree program in the fall or spring terms. Each trimester, approximately 600 students from more than 50 countries are enrolled. All share a background of international work, travel or education.
Competition without borders demands executives with the flexibility to modify business strategies in a changing global market. Managers in the 21st century must command superior skills in such functional areas as marketing, finance, and operations. They must also acquire an understanding of economic systems, cultural traditions, languages, and international business practices.
