About us
The Unique Folding Table Pad product was patented in the 1930s when production was started at Sloper Road, Cardiff, South Wales, by the Unique Folding Table Pad Company.
When the original owners retired in 1982, the business was purchased by Bury Cooper Whitehead Ltd, Royal George Mills, Greenfield where the Unique pads were produced to the same high standards as detailed in the original patent.
Bury Cooper Whitehead closed down in July 1998, and the business was transferred to its current address at Waterside Mills, Greenfield, and is once again privately owned by former employees of BCW.
