Hello. My name is Larry Brewer and I live in Indianapolis IN. I am sending you this message in regards to my recent visit to a Taco Bell restaurant on hwy 40 in Plainfield In. After my perchace of food there I was astounded to find that there was no salt for my food. I asked where the salt was located and was told that it was no longer ordered or offered at this store... What gives ? I am 56 years old and never in my time have I encountered this in any restaurant. This is unacceptable to me and had I have known that this was a policy I never would have ordered my meal there. I Hope someone there will get back to me concerning this problem. In the meanwhile I will not go to any more Taco Bell restaurants nor will I drink Pepsi products. This is my drink of choice by the way. Also I will not purchase any more Ky Fried Chicken as I know these are all owned by the same corporation that runs Taco Bell. Thank You. Larry Brewer.

Your promotion of TACO BELL with a free Taco on 10/30/2007 from 2:00 - 5:00 was a great idea except you need to teach your employees and store managers the art of professional pubic relations. I am a 64 year old, disabled, semi-retired attorney who went to your store on Schaefer St. South of Warren Ave in Dearborn, Michigan for my first experience to get a free Taco. I got there at 2:30 p.m. and was told by the employees that the promotion did not start until 3:00 p.m. with no reason why. I left and went for my physical therapy appt. I returned after my appt. in the drive thru at 5:00 p.m. By the time I got to the person who takes the order it was now 5:04 p.m. She said I was too late. I asked to speak to the manager who stated that it was now after 5:00 and the free Taco offer was over. I explained I was there earlier, that I was there before 5:00 and that I was a potencial new senior customer, but it appeared that his $.99 Taco was more important than one free one. Therefore, you can rest assured that I will never go back to TACO BELL and can hardly wait to tell all my friends and associates this story. Sorry guys, you blew it. Edward A. Hlavac
