Ryan Industries, Inc. was founded in August of 1989 with the startup of Good Samaritan Towing. We started out with a 1980 Holmes 440 conventional tow truck, because that's what type of equipment was used back in the olden days. Since then we have added other trucks, including two Rollback Car Carriers.
On December 30, 1997, this website was introduced with the purchase of our domain name TakingCareOfBusiness.Com, and on October 1, 1998 our company CyberTec Website Design and Hosting was founded. CyberTec specializes in the creation of websites for small businesses and Microsoft® FrontPage® web hosting.
In December of 1991, we purchased Brown Motor Company, Inc. This business specialized in Honda and Acura auto repairs and maintenance, however was in financial trouble, but had great market potential. With this acquisition, the towing company was moved to 12360 Owings Mills Blvd., Reisterstown, MD. We built the company back up and eventually renamed it Integrity Honda Auto Service.
