Welcome to Tara Buddhist Meditation Centre
Established by meditation Master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in Derbyshire in 1983 Tara Centre is a Kadampa Buddhist college and meditation centre, nestled in 38 acres of lawns and woods at Ashe Hall.
Everybody is welcome to enjoy this beautiful, holy place - a peaceful haven which leaves a profoundly calming effect on the mind.
It is an ideal location to study, meditate or take a private retreat for a few days. There are classes and guided meditations each week for everyone whether beginners or experienced people.
