TDS Terms of Service is set forth below and also includes the Acceptable Use Policy as well as the Privacy Policy [together referred to as the “Documents”] which together detail the mutual rights and obligations between the TDS customer [“You”] and TDS Telecommunications Corporation, its officers, agents, employees, contractors, vendors and affiliates [“we or us or TDS or TDS Affiliated Parties”]. By using any service currently provided by TDS or TDS Affiliated Parties, including but not limited to, this Web site, our telephone service, long distance service, Internet service, and TDS e-pay service [the “Service” or “Services”], You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of all of these Documents, and as such should take the time to understand them completely. These agreements are effective from Your acceptance thereof, which is indicated by clicking the “Yes” button at the end of this agreement OR upon the initial or continued use of the Service, whichever occurs first. If You do not agree to these terms, You should not use the Service. Please read everything here carefully, and be sure to contact us if You have any questions. TDS shall have the right to modify this Agreement at any time in any manner. Any modification shall be effective upon notice as provided under Section 1.6. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed acceptance of all modifications.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation and other matters related to the TDS Site [“the Site”] are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by You of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed under Section 1.4, is strictly prohibited.
