- TechKnowledg-e was founded in 2002, by Wayne Boatman, current president. Originally, we did traditional system consulting, network installations, support services, and web development. We still happily do those tasks, but we know that we cannot serve two masters, and our heart is in the promotion and usage of Open Source, General Public License, and Freeware products and services. We provide speaking services, through out Northeastern and North Central Ohio, promoting safe computing, using these products and services.
