- In the spring of 1973, at the age of twenty three, I started my maple business with 100 borrowed buckets, a borrowed flat pan evaporator and no clue of how to make maple syrup.
Additional Information
Located near Ottawa and Perth, visitors can eat a selection of foods in our restaurant which specializes as a pancake house during March and April - when the sap is being boiled right on site. After your meal, you may wish to take a walk on our nature trails. We are also a popular place for country weddings and corporate events throughout all four seasons.
