- Back in 1997-2001, we used to be known as Theocratic Projects and our site provided users with theocratic online forms, document templates and software. However, our program of Territory Administrator 2000 was always our focal software. We closed down Theocratic Projects since. Still, we knew that Territory Administrator 2000 could still serve as a tool to aid the administration of congregation territory, but unfortunately, couldn’t be accessed due to the site closure.
